As the title states, myofibrils and kincats kindof suck, and cardiac regs are decent but useless.
I've already made a thread to add more of them to the game, but this is about improving existing ones.
The current issue is that with said modules, you essentially need to stack complex biotics before you can see any difference in their bonuses.
Here's what I propose: first, to prevent abuse, make it so that only 1 of each type of biotic module can be in each fitting. Roids + Roids doesn't equal double roids, it just kills you. With that, buff them by a fair bit. I'm not good with numbers, but at least bump the basic biotics up to enhanced level, enhanced to complex, and complex into the Hyde Formula.
Perhaps this could also be done with shield regs

Sounds suspiciously like a plot to buff shield tanking... Do you know how many complex regs are on my proto minmatar assault to try to counteract the 3 extenders? 3. Do you know how many rechargers it took to deal with the extra eHP? 1.

Currently, all of my highs are filled with blue gatorade. I like to entertain myself by trying to play the game the way the devs want us to. For example, making sure I have good regen to play cover, rather than maxing out eHP and bum-rushing everything.
It's actually pretty effective once you get the hang of it.

All my fits are generic minmatar fits.

Generic fits were too boring and limiting for me. I liked using weapons which would make people ragdoll crazily. (Mostly explosives)
I just play dust to have fun. You see here's the thing: Generic minmatar fits HAVE the weapons that make people regdoll like crazy. Locus grenades, mass drivers, flaylocks, and REs.
I actually find it more enjoyable than my old system of having a fit for every situation possible.

Henchmen21 wrote:I find cardio's be quite useful, particularly with my minmatar fits, a min assault with cardio feels and fights like the scouts of old to me. Now I wouldn't complain if they were buffed, just so long as the fitting requirements were still reasonable. I only have one fit with myos and that's my first spawn uplink dropping scout. As it stands they don't seem to use enough endurance when jumping, its one thing to use them to get on top of something but to jump 5 times in the midst of combat is a bit much. I've never really had any reason to run long enough distances that I would be willing to sacrifice a slot.
The only suits I have that run long distances are scouts, and they have enough stamina without mods.

As for seeing any difference... If you put one basic ferro, do you really feel that much of a difference? I really feel it's like you'r saying " buff the biotics so I only need one slot for them, I need the rest for amor/shields" and cardiac useless? try rushing points at the begining of the match w/o them. With a kincat, you're sprinting about a quarter of a m/s faster. And nobody is going to fit a single ferro by itself- it's a good compliment to other plates.
The stats that biotics boost also aren't worth losing all my highs or lows to- being able to sprint faster or jump higher isn't going to make up for losing eWar capabilities, eHP, or reps.
Rushing points at the beginning of the match? You mean setting yourself up for fighting an entire squad by yourself, because you'll only get there slightly before they do.
